Orders are processed in the order received. Once your order has been placed, orders are normally shipped within 24-48 hours. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, as we ship all over the world. Generally, if selecting standard shipping in the United States, you will receive your item(s) within 7-10 days of the original order date. International orders typically will arrive within 14-21 days, depending on location. We presently ship to all 50 US states, including AK and HI. We also proudly ship to military addresses, such as APO or FPO locations for no additional cost. For international customers, exclusions may apply depending on your location.
We now offer free shipping to all US customers for any order over $49, with no item limitations or maximums. For any order under $49, we charge a simple flat fee of $5.99 for standard shipping within the United States. We also offer expedited shipping, should you need your item(s) sooner. For international orders*, shipping and handling charges will depend on your location, quantity of items, weight and dimensions of your order. Shipping charges will automatically calculate during checkout for your convenience, please proceed to checkout to see the total cost of your order. Unless an error was made on our part, shipping costs are non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable, returned and refused packages.
*Customs policies vary depending on the country location. A large majority of smaller orders arrive duty free, however you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment arrives in your country. We have no control over these charges unfortunately, and charges for customs clearance must be paid by you the customer.
