Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email tonotify you that we have received your returned item.Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically beapplied to your credit card or original method of payment, withina certain amount of days.In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrivesdamaged, please email us immediately so we can notify UPS and file adamage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business daysafter notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before yourrefund is officially posted.Next, contact your bank. Unfortunately, sale itemscannot be refunded.Exchanges (if applicable)We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
