Returns and Cancellations


Thank you for shopping with us at Fragrance Earth.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date (Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup excluded).  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition received.  Your item must be in the original packaging.  To initiate the return of an item, an RMA Request must be completed with the required information.  Once the RMA Request has been received, you can expect to receive a return label and instructions within 24-48 hours in most cases.  Refunds or exchanges are not offered on Skincare, Haircare or Makeup items due to health concerns.  Fragrance Earth is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages and the safe return of items is the responsibility of the customer.  You may submit an RMA Request here.

All orders can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full
refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return
a product from your order simply send us the product back in its
original packaging.

You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of us receiving your
returned product. Within the US we can provide a prepaid return label.

Also, we understand customers must open items before determining if they
like it. As long as the item is not used in excess, you will get a full
refund for it. If not, you will be subject to a partial refund.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned
packages unless we made an error. If shipping was free for your order it
will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase,
unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

   

Return Shipping

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer, except in special circumstances such as receiving a damaged item.  In the event a damaged item is received, please contact us right away.  We may ask for images of the damaged item, including the inner/outer item packaging and shipping label, and any other relevant information pertaining to your order.  The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.

 

Cancellations

Most orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of initial order placement, however, cancellations are not guaranteed.  Please contact us right away should you need to cancel an order.  You will receive notification if an order has been successfully cancelled.  If an order can no longer be cancelled, shipment and tracking information will be provided for the order.  Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer in the event an order cannot be cancelled as requested.
